I think that first of all, we must change the attitude towards students. Until now many schools have one teacher requirements for themselves, their colleagues, and very different - to the students. Many teachers are removed from school kids (in first year at school and I did) or do not allow them to classes for the same "actions" that commit themselves to the teachers' meetings, conferences, meetings, conferences, combining business with pleasure: check notebooks, reading books or magazines, talking. Each other, we are forgiven. The administration of it is not very punishing. And students do not allow this. Forget that they are sometimes not interested in some of our lessons, as we - some of the meeting.


I think that teachers need to diversify as the lessons boldly deviate from the templates, standards, do not put higher demands of the curriculum of the schoolboy, and the approach to each individual based.


No need to wait in awe of the inspection the inspectors and supervisors evaluate lessons. Today, more than ever, is an issue of personal example, a teacher. Gone are the days when one teacher caused the emergence of students' respect or even awe. If some of the teachers themselves are sometimes late for work, how can you punish a school?


Finally we must all understand that the teacher, student and parent are equal before the law and the Constitution have equal rights and responsibilities as citizens of Russia. Meanwhile, some teachers degrade students, insulted him. And then this gross error speaks "loud echoes" - allow one high school to the teachers themselves are "compliments" that we have to urgently call the parents.


And there are other "echo" - no-no and even suicide because of school assessments, because insults inflicted by a teacher.


I think every school should be more frequent meetings with lawyers, psychologists and doctors. The meetings are not for show, and thoughtful, and at the same time, creative, outspoken, organized according to age.


Perhaps, in my thinking a lot controversial, I listened with interest and a different opinion.


I am sure that we, the teacher should think more about the inner world of students, working just for them, not for checking.
