Combine their efforts and called the Soviet Association of teachers and researchers, initiated a number of educational institutions, schools and the Institute of Pedagogical Sciences of Russia. The Association will become a full partner in the state of public education institutions in the selection of the best ways to solve problems of the socialist education of the individual.

There can not be universal methods of educational work for the city and village, all the union republics. Only the consideration of all factors and circumstances of education, the vision of a particular child will achieve educational success.

The association created the section teaching computer science, self-identity, the sociology of education, psychological services, teaching skills and creativity, and other sections of the Members-NPA Russian scientists and teachers of universities, teachers colleges, and teachers will be able, together denoting "hot spots", to outline a plan of research , to conduct a joint search for the creative, only to bring all of the most interesting ideas to their practical implementation.

The flexibility of the structure of the association will allow it to test new forms of work - temporary creative collectives, scientific, practical and social educator and Sanchez Kia complexes that can efficiently solve scientific problems.
